Rules and regulations – Sameiet Ullernbyggene

These rules are a supplement for the main regulations approved for use for the entire household Sameiet Ullernbyggene.

These rules intend to enable communication between neighbours within the household, as well as take care of the property and common equipment.

Care taking

Bikes, skis, furniture, car tires or similar objects are not allowed to store in corridors, staircases or in the basement.
The main store rooms are reserved for bikes, skis and similar objects, no furniture, car tires or equal are allowed, keep the room in order.
All garbage has to be well packed in plastic bags (use the new green bag for vegetable compost and blue bag for recycling plastic). Green and blue bags are free at your nearest grocery store. Paper and carton has to be stored in the paper container. Metal/glass bottles and similar, must be recycled in the glass recycling container at Ullernåsen metro station (direction away from city center) – at the end of Silurveien. Do not put glass bottles on the floor in the garbage room as the renovation service will not remove it for you!
All furniture, car tires and similar objects that the owner wants to dispose of, must be delivered by the owner to specific garbage deposit stations elsewhere in Oslo.
To clean up carpets, bed robes and similar, do not use the windows or balcony, use the rail equipment placed outside the buildings.
To use the washing machines in the basement, you have to reserve time, by using the time reservation lock board outside the washing room. Only registrated locks are allowed marked with the flat number. When finished, remove the lock from the time reservation lock board. No use of the room after 23 00 hours
. Clean the room after usage. Remove dust from the dust filter in the drying machines.
All use of the flats has to be of a character that do not disturb, or make any problems for the neighbours. No carpentry or noisy work can take place in the flats between 23 00 and 06 00 hours. Please, do respects this. This rule also apply to high levels of music, television, singing and talking. Try to avoid usage of dishwashing and washing machines in the same period.
If you have water leaks, please fix this as soon as possible, it´s rather annoying for your neighbours above and below you in that they do not get hot water if your cranes are old, leaking cold water into the hot water sirculation system.
Do not drop any litter in the toilets, it may cause huge problems.
Use standard approved connecting cables for TV, radio and PC.
Take care of your dog and do not leave them alone in the flats over longer periods.
Clean up after your dog when outside.
We are all interested in having nice surroundings outside the buildings, so do your outmost to keep it clean and proper. Do not feed the birds from the balcony. Use the walking trace when crossing.
Turn off the lights in common areas when leaving them, this saves energy and money for all of us.
If you have any complaints, please try to speak to the people who creates the problem, so you can perhaps solve it there and then.
Should problems continue, send a written claim to the board and they will follow up the matter according to the rules and regulations that are valid.

Be very careful with whom you let into the buildings, especially when you using the door phone system. Only let in people you know.
For rental of the apartments, the owner is responsible that the hiring part will be given this rules and regulations.

This is not allowed:

To play football or similar on the lawns between the buildings.
To let the dog run without a chain.
To use open fire in the basement or storage.
